Ypsilon live S.A. possesses privately-owned facilities of storage and management of our equipment, in Ritsona, Chalkida, specifically only 1 kilometer away from the main crossroad on the way to Chalkida, at the 71st Kilometer of the national highway Athens-Lamia. The maintenance, preparation and loading of the equipment takes place in our highly secured and sheltered areas of 2.600m2. The building facilities are exemplary for the Greek facts, offering separated areas of storage for sound, lighting and projection systems equipment, as well as full service housing facilities for the staff.
In order to correspond better and faster to the needs of our customers, the Customer Service and the Financial Department are situated in a separated building at the center of Athens, at Anaxandrou 4.
Thanks to a specially constructed facility, it is possible to test any sound, lighting or projection system, in real time, with the ability to measure and technically evaluate its performance.
Even more, for the first time, the loading of the equipment can be planned ahead in a specially designed area, which simulates the space of the container according to the europallet model, reducing thus considerably the actual loading time, while increasing the safety of the transportation.
Having the Service Department separately situated, secures the constant and qualitative maintenance of the equipment, while at the same time ensures the readiness of the staff in any unexpected situation.
The Transport Office coordinates the travels of the vehicles, their maintenance and the allocation of drivers and workers depending on each project¢s demands.
The company¢s vehicle fleet is composed of 3 biaxial trucks 8 to 34ton, 1 biaxial tow-truck 40ton truck, and 1 van 3,5ton. The transportation of the staff is carried out by 2 nine-seated vans and 2 five-seated cars.
Our staff is composed of 67 fixed fellow-workers, staffing the following departments: Sound Department, Lighting Department, Projection Systems Department, Warehouse, Transport Office, Finance Department, and Secretarial Department. For extra curriculum applications, Ypsilon live S.A. has an external collaborators network, of every expertise, chosen for their high quality services and their readiness to respond to our customer¢s needs.
